Assembly HQ's NDA covers: your project requirements and technical specifications; any business processes, data, or systems information shared during the engagement; the existence of the engagement itself (mutual confidentiality); and the subcontractor network we use.
On final payment, 100% of the intellectual property in your custom automation system transfers to you. This includes the code, the architecture, any novel technical approaches, and all documentation. We retain no rights.
Every project starts with a Master Services Agreement covering scope, payment terms, IP assignment, NDA, liability cap, and termination provisions. We send this for review before any work begins.
